I have worked with Nathan with many of Clients. This one in particular was the most challenging. In most cases this deal probably would not have worked out. Nathan was persistent and proactive, turning over every stone to help our client get a loan, I was very confident that he would work it out. Having Nathan get my home loan was by far the absolute best part of the entire home buying process. He was optimistic from the beginning that he could do it, and he stayed that way the entire time. I always felt like I was a top priority, and any issues that arose were handled quickly and efficiently.
