There should be more effort towards clarity in the underwriting process for first-time home buyers. Terminology, document requirements, etc. The videos were a plus.

The entire team at AnnieMac were on top of the process and very cordial. Very Confusing on what documents they needed. Even sent multiple emails with same documents because they didn’t see them/ wasn’t right but then was the right documents. Also get confused because the way they worded what they needed was confusing to me, and even the credit union.
