The ease of working with Aaron and his team; the prompt and thorough responsiveness to questions and next steps in the refinance process. The only thing I'd request that I felt was slightly lacking was clear communication about the closing cost breakdown. They were a bit higher than I expected and a couple of minor points weren't addressed when I asked about them.
