First, response times from the Greg Clark team are incredible. There were times throughout the two and a half year process of us trying to find a house where I emailed the team at 9 pm or later asking for pre-approval letters (offers needed to be made within 12 hours in this market) and the team responded within minutes, every time. They go above and beyond anything that we would have expected as first time home buyers.
Second, as a first time home buyer, we really didn’t know what to expect from all the people/companies we had to interact with along the way and it was hard to know who was really on our side. I have no doubt that the Greg Clark team was truly on our side and was working to help us through every step in the process. This point is especially important because there were plenty of forms that I did not understand. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and Amanda made sure we were confident in what we were signing.
We appreciate all of the help and will absolutely be working with Annie Mac and the Greg Clark team every chance we get going forward. Thank you so much for a great first home buying experience!

She's knowledgeable, understanding and time conscious! Everything was per plan and we met our closing date without issues. However, she's also thorough. Which actually its good in that it removes any impediments before they surface. Holly is Above and Beyond!I recommend her to fall my other colleagues who wants to buy or refinance there property!
