Felicia was awesome throughout the entire mortgage process! I’tend to be high maintenance when it comes to big matters like a mortgage and want to know answers when I have questions. Felicia was there to answer questions before, during, AND EVEN a month after we closed… on a Saturday night… when something unforeseen arose.
