Nick did a great job helping me and my family do everything we needed to do to get this loan done. It was frustrating at times and due to market conditions the rate was higher than expected but none of that was his fault at all.

An important one that made it great is she monitored the fluctuation of the interest rate and advised me on the right time when to lock it.
