There were some hickups along the way because the closing was dragged out 5 months due to us waiting for a tenant to move out of the property. And as a result it caused some issues with paperwork for all parties included in the process. But that wasn't the fault of AnnieMac. My lawyer dropped the ball on a few things and really screwed me over. The only thing AnnieMac didn't notice until the very end was a Tideland Claim on the property which resulted in me switching mortgage types. That was a huge blow to my finances. I was angry at first with AnnieMac, but realized after Anthony explained everything that my Lawyer didn't provide the needed documents months sooner, which would have revealed the Tidelands Claim sooner. So overall I had a great experience. It was just at the end that is fizzled, but it was mostly my own lawyers fault. Last time I ever use that lawyer.
