1 - a better interest rate at the first moment so I wouldn’t go look the market find a better one to start negotiating;
2 - communicate about more options on how to reduce interest rates, I was able to better understand because I research the market;
3 - agent was always available to talk and reply email fast but I missed a little of proactively since I was constantly remembering/requesting status of the process and at the end when everything was fine and we were in advance in time we lost the closing date.

In July 2022, Amir assisted us with purchasing a house. I was somewhat skeptical about Annie-Mac, not knowing too much about this lender. I even engaged with another bank to compare. However, I quickly found out why Annie-Mac excels at providing mortgage loans, as my bank had a lot of restrictions and I could not secure enough buying power on the loan. I touched base again with Amir, he cleared up my concerns and assured me that everything would work out. Amir was right. He took the time to go over the numbers with me, informed me of the entire process and when we did find a house we loved, it was a three week closing that Amir made happen! We got the home we loved, moved in and are joyfully decorating it. Thanks again, Amir, we truly appreciate your hard work, devotion and ability to have made this happen. -Adam
