The process seemed long and grueling, but at the end when I looked back over the process I could see that the realtor and mortgage team took the bulk of the work and made it a lot easier for me to go through the process. They were very kind and patient, they made me feel confident that they had my back.

The process itself was very simple. When I would reach out to Nic Olney he would get back with me immediately. The only reason it wasn't excellent was because some strange things came up that I didn't know about, which prolonged the final closing.
