At times I felt like there were 3 or 4 departments all wanting similar or same info. Info that I had already sent to one and had to send the same things to the others. It would be nice if a system existed where they could share as opposed to making the customer send it several times.

Quite frankly Matt is the reason it was a great experience. During stressful times in buying a house, Matt was always calm in his approach. He was super responsive and communicative.
