Our rates went way higher over the 4 years. This isn't so much the problem, although we aren't happy about it. The issue is that we had to continue paying paying to keep the original rate even after it was clear the house wouldn't be finished. Why weren't we allowed to refinance earlier than that?

Hannah made our experience as smooth as it could possibly go. I closed on a home less than 3 years ago with a more traditional timeline and was terrified of closing on this home in two weeks. Hannah clearly communicated our options and expectations as far as required documentation and next steps. She was also EXTREMELY responsive when it came to providing estimates on several properties in short succession. I really can't say enough positive things about Hannah.
