If you are looking to refinance or get a mortgage Pat is the absolute best person to use. I use going through a divorce and exploring what options were best for me. He broke down what a refinance and an actual mortgage would look like for me. He answered absolutely every question and concern. Stephanie was very nice and helpful. The only negative thing I have to say was the final number given to me the day before closing was not the final number and I have to go back to the bank and pay for another cashiers check it wasn’t a huge deal just would have liked to avoid that.
