Chuck far exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to get the deal done. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very responsive and professional. I purchased a home back in 2020 with a different lender and was very disappointed, but after working with Chuck, I know that I have someone that I can count on to provide the service and expertise that is required when purchasing a home.
I would definitely recommend Chuck to all of my friends and family!

Great communication, made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had very quickly. We had no issues with the process at all save for issues with our bank. Only suggestion is to keep working on the app- it was the one thing that was confusing because it showed things that were already complete as missing, and it didn't always work. But when we communicated with the team, they got everything handled quickly and easily.

Didn't understand process. Numbers fluctuated and wanted explanation. No one reached our until I called in concern. Showed up at closing and went up again $10,000 despite talking to Kellie days prior. Bottom line, Communication was not satisfactory.
