I believe that in any business there is a growing process. Unfortunately we really don't learn much from our victories but totally from our defeats. In this process we remember the pain of the errors we as humans are bound to make. Communication has to do with language of course but who really is its master. If anything from the time I've known you it is clear that your open to learning. I think we have both learned something from this experience. Matt worked alongside me to complete my mortgage so that I could close on my house. He responded quickly every time I e-mailed and was very attentive to my needs. He responded to all my questions without rushing me. He really wanted to make sure I understood the entire process. I could tell he really cared about my financial situation and family needs personally without judgment. 10/10 would work with him again!!
