- Better communication from the entire team. Carlos did great - Better coordination gathering data. It seemed that I was being piece-mealed with requests for data. A good team should know up-front what it needed and communicate that.

Gaye was always available to answer m questions and she worked very hard to adjust the loan to fit our needs. The few times she was not available she always returned my call. Everyone was friendly and professional. Getting a loan approved can be a cumbersome journey the whole team worked hard to make it as smooth as possible. Great Job!
