Buying and selling a home at the same time seemed impossible for us. However, cash 2 keys allowed for a smooth transition from one home to another. Communicating with Eric through the app, email, and phone was always effortless and pleasant. We were promptly notified of new information and need for required documentation. We would highly recommend this process to others because there were never any hiccups or setbacks. My husband and I felt comfortable with Eric and the entire time as they exceeded our expectations. We felt that our personal information was safe, secure, and handled appropriately. The team was excellent, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, Eric is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and we would absolutely love to work with him again in the future!
