Well from the very beginning of the process, Dontrell was very informative. Provided information, listened to my wants and provided the price range I should be looking for to stay within my requested monthly mortgage. Between the verbal communications, Dontrell was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. He responded to emails within the close of business day. I could text him on a weekend or after hours snd I’ve always gotten a response. The videos Dontrell emailed was very informative and answered lots of my questions regarding the loan process. Dontrell made me feel as if I was his only client. Dontrell put 200% into dedication, effort and willingness to assure that I stayed informed.

Madison or “Maddie” was not only my mortgage loan originator, she was my rock throughout the whole process!! Maddie was super intelligent in regards to anything house buying and receiving a mortgage loan and walked me through step by step. Maddie was never anything more than a text or phone call away if you have any issues she drops everything to make sure you’re completely comfortable. I’m not sure how else I can say how smooth this whole process was but Maddie played a huge part. Anyone else looking to buy a home I will be sure to send them Maddie’s way.
