Chris was my original mortgage broker for my home buy and we just did a refinance. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and made this refinance so easy. He even took the time to notice I was probably paying too much for home insurance so I was able to lower that as well. He takes great care with his clients and goes out of his way to help.

Although the process was very long, I felt the Team was with me all the way through. I was kept aware of everything that was going on in the process and even recieved weekly calls of assurance. If I could change anything it would be the number of Appraisal's that were done. I feel like there should have only been one required once the Home was 100% completed. I really would do business with Craig and his Team again. I would definitely recommend them to others who maybe in the market for a Home Mortgage as well.
