I was always informed of any changes also the team was very helpful with any questions or no matter how many times I needed an answer I was informed promptly or called back the same day. I really like and appreciate how efficiently my process of the application, was available. I most likely would recommend David Frankel as mortgage originator.

The process itself it is a challenge, the many documents needed to signed. However, it was a relief how flexible it is to be able to esign the documents vs. having to sign in person.
The collaboration and communication with the client, was positive and willingness to support the client in the best possible way to accomplish the goal.
