Both the loan officer and the processor were fantastically efficient and communicated very precisely and timely, enabling everyone involved to get their piece of the job done. You guys stepped into a very difficult situation, SURPASSING any expectations and beating an insane deadline by 5 days!!! All this after picking up the pieces from a horrible experience with another mortgage company who had entirely dropped the ball and you knocked it out of the park, absolutely incredible. You saved my client from being in breach of contract and hemorrhaging money on a hotel for their large family. I cannot thank you enough for saving the day for everyone. You are at the top of my list to recommend to my future clients. And the clients you helped will be telling everyone they meet for the rest of their lives how amazing you guys were. We are first time home buyers and Cory was an exceptional resource and a wealth of knowledge. Cory immediately made me feel comfortable in choosing Annie-Mac as my lender.
