I have been working with Kent since our "day one". His service and knowledge is unlike any other loan officer I've ever worked with. From speed, turnaround time, prioritization, customer service, around-the-clock availability, communication, you name it, he's got it. I can't even think of one thing he is short on even after 6 years later of working together. The moment we have a mutual family to work with, I 1000% know it's in great hands and I don't have to worry about the loan side. There are a ton of complexities behind the scenes on the loan side, and he doesn't inundate myself and my team with excess information we don't need, only unless there is a true effect on the negotiations and integrity of the contract. His timing is always on point, communication, and he also helps with pacifying certain situations with the listing agent and the clients--a bonus you don't always get with other loan officers, as the agent tends to the main person to help keep all moving variables in tact. Kent amplifies that even more and is a true part of that support system for myself as the agent and the clients just as importantly. Thank you so always Kent!
