Buying a home has probably been the most stressful/hardest thing I've ever had to do, but Steve and Greg with Annie Mac answered any and all questions we had throughout the whole process. They responded promptly with next steps, what to expect, etc. and even set up a Zoom call to explain the entire process and what to expect in detail, our different options, and what everything meant. Really glad to have been able to work with Annie Mac!

Kim made this a great experience. She took great care to review my application and assist me in compiling my supporting documents to ensure that I could smoothly move through the underwriting process resulting in a final approval of my loan. It's inevitable that conditions will need to be met and Kim's experience ensured that nothing was unforeseen so that I could prepare all of the necessary documents before the underwriting team requested them. Kim was there every step of the way to guide me through this process. She worked days, nights, and weekends to help us meet our closing deadline. My loan presented some challenges and complexities that only a veteran of her caliber could have navigated. I wouldn't be in my dream house if not for her. She brings 3 decades of experience; and she is an invaluable asset. Her integrity is unmatched; and she is a committed advocate for her clients. Kim will always be our first and only lending choice. My loan officer was extremely pleasant! He was attentive to my needs and wants and got the job done quickly. His communication was great and he kept me informed of the process every step of the way.
