Steve went above and beyond! He took the extra steps to make sure we did not need flood insurance, something that was extremely nice and SO appreciated.

10 out of 10 all around. Kent was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a first time home buyer, this process gave me severe anxiety but Kent was truly a breath of fresh air. He assured me that he would help ease my stress and provide as much guidance and support as he could throughout the process. He was very happy to answer all of my questions thoroughly (even when I asked the same questions at times) and never expressed frustration or made me feel as if I was burden.
