Jesse did an amazing job working with us through the whole process. Once it came to underwriting Lori seemed a little unorganized and did not communicate very well at all. She would send multiple emails of different items needed and when I called I did not get an answer so I left an voicemail saying I would like to talk to her a get a single list of items needed so nothing got lost and she proceeded to send a new email thread 20 minutes later. I think she could just work on organization and communication a little bit to improve the customers experience
