I am so happy that Karin was able to find a cash offer program for brother to obtain a VA mortgage. Cash offers are the ones sellers are accepting and that is how he was able to move forward. I am sensitive to agents discouraging the sellers from accepting a VA mortgage. I come from a military family. Mother, father, brothers, uncles, cousins and a son. In the past there was no issue about obtaining a VA mortgage or even in other areas Like the southern tier or other states. Thank you Karin!
