one day i logged into Zillow and saw a house i liked...i clicked on "i want financing information" and within 20 minutes (maybe less) i received a call from Casey re: financing...he was personable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the process of buying a home (first-time homeowner)...he sent me the link to the application for a mortgage loan and responded to me very quickly after i submitted it...he and his team kept me up to date every step of the way (and answered more of my questions)...i also love that i could sign everything electronically as well as log into their portal and watch my application proceed thru each stage...Casey even showed up to my closing (which was the first time i met him in person) just to make sure everything went perfectly...i would definitely use him again (if/when i decide to buy house #2) and recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage...thanks, Casey for making one of my dreams come true!
